We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will take full ownership of our presence across all major platforms, drive growth through creative campaigns, and build a strong community around our products.

Tasks:

  • Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Manage daily posting schedules, content calendars, and campaign rollouts to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Produce engaging content tailored to each platform, including video ads, stories, reels, posts, and live sessions.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Community teams to align campaigns with product launches, updates, and overall brand direction.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on all platforms to drive awareness, installs, and conversions.

  • Research and implement new growth strategies, staying on top of trends, memes, and viral formats in gaming and tech communities.

  • Build and manage community interaction across platforms, including replying to comments, engaging with influencers, and fostering positive discussion.

  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure high-quality creative materials.

  • Prepare regular reports on social media growth, campaign ROI, and audience insights for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Actively represent RIP Tweaks’ brand voice, maintaining a consistent tone and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and growing brand social media accounts.

  • Strong portfolio or track record showcasing successful campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, and similar platforms.

  • Deep understanding of gaming culture, PC tools, and online communities.

  • Expertise in social media analytics, advertising dashboards, and campaign tracking tools.

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.

  • Knowledge of video content production and editing (or ability to work with creators/editors).

  • Up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

  • Experience running paid ad campaigns with a focus on conversions and community growth.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns at once.

  • Great communication skills, comfortable presenting campaign strategies and performance reports.

  • Team player who thrives on collaboration, but also confident in taking ownership of strategy and execution.

  • Passion for gaming and PC optimization is a strong plus.
