If you do not agree, you should not use our products or services.

3. Products and Services
RIP Tweaks provides software intended to enhance and optimize the performance of Windows systems through a variety of utilities and features. Our products are available in multiple tiers, including Free, Pro, Ultimate, and Extreme.

We also offer advanced services under the Mythic and Legendary plans, as well as tailored enterprise solutions for businesses managing multiple computers.
4. Safety and Backups
Every installation of the Software prompts the user to create a restore point or system backup before applying any changes. In addition, our system performs recommended automatic backups every three days to minimize risk. This ensures that all modifications made by the Software are reversible and that the computer can be returned to its original state if necessary.
We emphasize that no part of our Software is designed to cause harm, and all optimizations are built with safety and reversibility in mind.
5. License and Usage
The Software is licensed for personal use only.
The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of license keys is strictly prohibited.
Reverse engineering, tampering, or attempting to bypass license restrictions will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.
6. Accounts and User Responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities under it.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.
Any abuse of our services, including fraudulent activity or attempts to misuse refunds, may result in permanent suspension of your account.
7. Support
Support varies by product tier. Free users may access community and documentation support. Paid tiers receive priority assistance, with Extreme users receiving one-on-one support. Live chat support is available on our website through Talk.to, in addition to email, Discord, and telephone support.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
The Software is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. Performance improvements vary depending on individual systems, and results cannot be guaranteed. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software or website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
