Refund Policy

1. General Policy
We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. To support this, we provide a seven-day, no questions asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the Software within the first seven days, you may request a full refund through support@riptweaks.com or billing@riptweaks.com.
2. Refunds after Seven Days
If more than seven days have passed, but within fourteen days of purchase, we may still issue a refund on a case-by-case basis where there is a legitimate reason. Examples include discontinuing the use of Windows, no longer requiring PC optimization, or other reasonable circumstances that can be demonstrated.
3. Exclusions and Abuse Prevention
Refunds will not be granted in cases where users:
Share or redistribute license keys
Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the Software
Abuse the refund system by repeatedly creating new accounts to extend usage without payment
Such activity results in permanent account suspension and denial of future service.
4. Refunds after Fourteen Days
After fourteen days from purchase, refunds are generally not provided. This period allows sufficient time for the customer to evaluate and use the Software.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us for support will result in permanent suspension from all RIP Tweaks services. Device and IP information may be blacklisted to prevent fraudulent activity.
6. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within ten business days.
7. Closing Statement
We believe our Software provides valuable tools for system performance and user control. Our refund system is designed to balance customer satisfaction with protection against misuse. Customers who act in good faith will always find us cooperative and fair.
