Your Custom Crosshair Slots Are Full

RIP Reticle gives you fifty slots for your own crosshairs. If you see a message saying your slots are full, you have used all fifty.

What to do

Either edit one you already have, or delete one you no longer use. Both are done from the Library.

Freeing a slot

1

Open Library in the sidebar

2

Find a custom crosshair you no longer use

3

Delete it, or open it in the editor and change it into the one you wanted instead

Deleting is permanent

A deleted crosshair is gone. If it is one you might want back, generate a share code for it first and keep the code somewhere. Pasting that code back in recreates it later.

Importing when you are full

Importing someone else’s crosshair needs a free slot, the same as making one. If a friend sends you a code and it will not import, this is why.

Your crosshairs are backed up

Custom crosshairs are saved to your account, so signing in on another PC brings them with you. Deleting one deletes it everywhere, not just on this machine.

Why fifty

It is a generous number for a genuine collection and a low enough one to keep the Library usable. If you are hitting it regularly, tell us and we will take that as real feedback rather than a support ticket.
