RIP Tweaks provides proprietary software and services intended to maximize the efficiency of Windows systems, lower system latency, and configure hardware for optimal competitive gaming.

• App Plans: Free and Premium. Premium is available Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime.
• RIP Reticle: A separate product with its own licence, providing custom crosshairs and a true FPS overlay, available Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime.
• Manual Services: 1-on-1 technician services including Core Optimization and Competitive Optimization.

4. Software Description and Scope

RIP Tweaks is strictly a system and performance optimization utility. It operates exclusively at the Windows operating system, network, and hardware configuration level.

• Our software does not modify, alter, or distribute game files.
• Our software does not inject code into games or third party applications.
• Our software does not bypass, interfere with, or disable anti-cheat systems.
• Our software does not interact with game processes or game memory.

RIP Tweaks is designed for legitimate competitive players who wish to optimize their PC environment. It is not a cheat tool, game modification tool, or reverse-engineering tool.

5. Accounts, Security, and Privacy

Access to RIP Tweaks products is managed through secure user accounts requiring an email address and password, rather than legacy license keys. By creating an account, you agree to the following:

• Your account is strictly for personal use and is non-transferable.
• Account sharing, reselling, or attempting to distribute access is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

6. Performance Expectations

We do not use misleading marketing to claim exact, guaranteed FPS boosts or numerical latency drops. Instead, our promise is simple: we guarantee to squeeze out the absolute best of what your specific hardware is capable of.

Because every PC is different, final results will always vary depending on your individual hardware quality, thermal limits, existing operating system state, and network conditions.

7. User Responsibility and Minors

The user is solely responsible for compliance with any third party terms of service, including those mandated by game publishers and digital platforms. While RIP Tweaks operates safely at the OS level and does not interact with anti-cheats, verifying whether the use of external optimization utilities complies with a specific game’s rules is entirely the user’s responsibility.

RIP Tweaks is not responsible for penalties, suspensions, or enforcement actions taken by third party services against your gaming accounts.

8. Safety and Backups

Every installation of our Software prompts the user to create a system restore point or backup before applying any configurations. Furthermore, our system recommends automated backups to minimize any risk.

All optimizations are applied locally and are built with reversibility in mind. We are not liable for system instability caused by users pushing hardware beyond its limits (for example, manual extreme overclocking) or failing to utilize the provided backup procedures.

9. Support Policy

Support is handled through our support centre at support.riptweaks.com, where you can message our team directly and track your conversation. We aim to reply within 24 hours, and in practice it is usually much faster. We do not offer telephone based technical support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIP Tweaks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, hardware failure resulting from user driven overclocking, or loss of access to third party platforms.

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific software or service in dispute during the preceding 30 days.

11. Governing Law and Amendments

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which RIP Tweaks operates. If you have a dispute, please contact our support team first, as we will always try to resolve things directly and quickly.
