Your PC Feels Slower After Tweaking
This is not what is supposed to happen, and it is worth working out why rather than living with it.
Did you restart
Several tweaks only take full effect after a restart, and a system halfway through applying changes can feel worse than either state. Restart before judging anything.
Are you running hot
The aggressive processor and graphics options keep hardware at higher performance states, which means more heat. A PC that is too hot slows itself down to protect itself, which feels exactly like this.
Check temperatures on the Specs page. If they are high, revert the extreme items or run the Overheating repair on the Fixes page.
Are you on a laptop on battery
Some power tweaks disable power saving entirely. On battery this can cause the system to behave worse, not better. Those tweaks carry a warning for that reason.
Did you clear caches
Cleanup removes caches that exist to make things fast. The first launch of each game and program after will be slower while they rebuild. This settles on its own.
Did you debloat aggressively
Advanced Debloat disables more, including things some programs depend on. If specific programs became slow rather than the whole PC, this is the likely cause.
The clean way back
Restore your restore point
Reapply tweaks in small groups, restarting between them
When it gets worse, you have found it
Tell us what you found. Send us a message from the support bubble at the bottom right, because a tweak that reliably makes things worse is something we want to know about.
