RIP Reticle and RIP Tweaks Are Separate Products
This causes more confusion than anything else we deal with, so it is worth being plain about it.
They are two apps, two licences, two purchases
- RIP Tweaks is the PC optimizer. Windows, hardware, network, input lag, fixes and repairs.
- RIP Reticle is the crosshair and FPS counter app. Custom crosshairs in any game, and a real frame rate overlay.
What that means in practice
If you have RIP Tweaks Premium and open RIP Reticle, it will correctly tell you that account has no RIP Reticle licence. Nothing is broken. You have not lost anything.
Use the same account for both
You do not need two accounts. One account can hold both licences. Signing in to both apps with the same email is the setup that causes the fewest problems, and it means one place to manage everything.
RIP Reticle is no longer sold
New RIP Reticle licences are not available. If you bought it, it stays yours for good. RIP Tweaks still has a free version with ten tweaks.
Installing one from the other
If you own RIP Reticle, you can install it from the Apps page inside RIP Tweaks or from Downloads in My Account on our website. Installing it does not add a licence to an account that has none.
