RIP Tweaks 6 is a complete rebuild: a new native Windows app with a new look, the tweaks you know, and more around them.

Rebuilt from scratch

  • A native Windows app instead of a web view: lighter, and quicker to open.
  • One file installs, repairs and updates the app. Moving from 5.x keeps your account, licence and settings.
  • Updates and Premium are checked with data our server signs, so neither can be faked.

New look

  • A new logo and a black and blue design on every page, popup and the installer.
  • A new Home: your Optimization Level, CPU, GPU and RAM at a glance, Quick Start steps and your games.
  • The window can be maximized, and the interface sounds are softer and quieter.

New features

  • Games finds your games in every launcher and offers about 140 ready-made game presets.
  • Game session guard: pauses Windows Update and background downloads while you play.
  • Custom DNS "Fastest (auto)": tests every DNS option from your PC and uses the quickest.

Fixes

  • Start with Windows, the tray icon and close to tray work reliably.
  • Many smaller fixes on every page, in all 8 languages.
