Changing or Cancelling Your Plan
You can cancel or change your plan yourself from your account page on our website. It takes one click and there are no retention screens to click through.

What happens after it ends
Your account drops to the free tier. Your saved settings stay where they are, and the tweaks you already applied stay applied, because they are real Windows settings rather than something the app holds over you. You keep the free tweak allowance from then on.
Lifetime
Lifetime never renews, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to remember.
Changing plan
Manage your plan from the same account page. Moving from monthly to yearly, or to lifetime, is done there.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future payments but is not itself a refund. Purchases can be reviewed within twenty four hours of purchase if the software has not been accessed yet. Once it has been accessed the licence has been delivered, so those purchases are non refundable.
If you think your case is different, or something went wrong with your order, send us a message from the support bubble at the bottom right. A person will look at it rather than applying the policy blindly.
If you cannot find the cancel option
Check you are signed in with the email on the receipt. If it is still not there, send us a message from the support bubble at the bottom right and we will cancel it for you. You will never be kept subscribed because a button was hard to find.
